On June 5, the whole world celebrated the World Environment Day. This year’s celebration was held under the slogan “Seven billion dreams. One Planet. Consume with care”, that expressed the problem of creating opportunities for inclusive and sustainable economic development, trying to stabilize the level of resource usage and reduce impact on the environment.
Students and staff of Sumy State University willingly acceded to the international community and dedicated this day following events.
The World Environment Day is celebrated by world community on June 5th. It brings together people from all over the world, giving them a sense of responsibility towards future generations for the use of natural resources.
